Capital Cycling Club is open to all disciplines and levels of cycling ability. We are a United States Cycling Federation (USCF) registered club that actively promotes our sport, but we also love to ride and share our enthusiasm with those unfamiliar with cycling. Our goal is to present cycling in a positive light to our community, promote safe, responsible cycling, and enjoy the fun atmosphere of group cycling.

Team Rides

A Weekly ride schedule is posted on the shop web site (www.thespincycle.com). There are numerous rides to fit most schedules and abilities. Times are subject to change due to weather and/or time of year. We are always looking to add new rides and RIDE LEADERS, so don't be afraid to ask.
