50k or 100k routes

Registration opens at 7:30am on day of ride

Ride begins at 9am

The ride will be fully supported, including multiple pit stops and a sag wagon.  The entry fee is $15, day-of is $20. All proceeds go directly to the Brain Injury Association of North Carolina.   Preregistration is available at Bikereg.com or by registering at the Spin Cycle bike shop.  We are also accepting tax-deductible donations.   Route sheets will be available at registration.

Come out and enjoy a casual ride through the rolling terrain of Wake county to honor fellow cyclist Mark Ornitz and the BIANC (Brain Injury Assoc. of NC). Mark has continued to make strides in his recovery from a brain injury that resulted from a terrible bicycle race crash. Mark has raced for years with the Capital Cycling Club and has been a friend to all cyclists. Come join us in helping raise awareness for the BIANC and honoring our friend Mark.

Be a part of Capital Cycling Club’s Ride for the Rock as a wonderful opportunity to help those with brain injuries, while participating in a great recreational and community experience
